Hari Ki Pauri:-

Har Ki Pauri is a major landmark place and a famous ghat on the banks of river Ganga in Haridwar. A center place of attraction among devotees in Haridwar, Har ki Pauri is believed to be the place of exit of holy river Ganga from the mountains. World famous Ganga Aarti takes place in Brahmakund area of Har ki Pauri, a sacred spot where it is believe that the nectar (Amrit) felled on earth. Biggest fairs of Hindu's, Kumbh and Ardh Kumbh also takes place at Har ki Pauri
Haridwar is famous for Har ki Pauri and it's Ganga Aarti. Ganga aarti means worship of Ganga. Lots of people visit this place for Ganga aarti everyday at 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm (Daily). The priest hold large fire bowls in their hands, the bells in the temples at the Ghat start ringing and the chants of mantras flowing out in the air. People float diyas, with flowers on Ganga. The shadow reflects on the river and lighting diyas on flowing Ganga looks so beautiful that cannot be expressed in words. It is a very fascinating experience to participate in the Ganga Aarati performed in the evening at Har Ki Pauri. This place is famous for its Ganga Aarti at dusk among tourists as well as devotees.

Mansa Devi Temple:-

Mansa Devi Temple is one of the most revered temple of Goddess Mansa Devi located at Bilwa Parvat near Haridwar. This temple is a holy place to worship Goddess Mansa, who is believed to be a form of Shakti, emerged from the mind of great Sage Kashyap. Mansa Devi temple is a famous Siddhpeeth and offers panoramic views of Haridwar city.

Ram Jhoola:-

A suspension bridge between the Shivanand Ashram and the Swargashram. It provides an alternative to a boat ride from one bank of Ganga to another . Its construction is similar to that of the Lakshman Jhoola

Shivanand Ashram (The Divine Society):-

Founded by Swami Shivanand, this well known spiritual centre is renowned for its lectures on spiritual life. Meditation and Yoga classes can be attended in the morning and evenings. A person can stay here for short term study, and for longer three-month courses, one must write at least a month in advance.
